Why Fierce Strength?
It’s always been my philosophy that anyone, regardless of their genetics, can build the body of their dreams. All it takes is two things:
- You must have the right plan
- You must have an effective system of accountability to follow through with that plan
You can’t have one without the other. A workout program only works if you know how to do everything, when you’re supposed to do it, AND are held accountable to stay motivated throughout the process.
This is why simply having someone send you a personalized workout routine isn’t enough. You need someone to be there every step of the way to MAKE SURE you see results. Because let’s be honest, what’s more motivating than seeing results?

Who Am I?
It all started when I was about 13 years old. I had this overwhelming feeling that I was going to do something extraordinary with my life. I just knew I wanted to provoke change in others’ lives and really make a difference.
I didn’t know why or what, or even how or when… I just knew that I was meant to do something big. Something important.
It wasn’t until a few years later that I really started to discover exactly what it was that I was meant to do. You see, growing up I was always the “small guy.” I was shorter than most other guys and much skinnier, too.
As embarrassing as it is to admit, I even remember one time looking at my little sister and realizing that her arms looked better than mine.
By the time I was a sophomore in high school, I knew I needed to change. I didn’t know much about fitness or working out, but I was fed up with being unhappy with my body.
So I spent all my free time studying anatomy, the muscles, and how to train and eat for maximum results. As my passion for fitness began to accelerate and the results of my hard work began to show, others started to take notice.
Before long, I became known as the “go-to” guy in my area for knowing exactly what to do to see results. On a daily basis I would get asked all sorts of questions relating to workouts, cardio, and nutrition.
At this point, I decided that it was time to put my knowledge to the test and get certified in fitness and nutrition. I took my certified personal trainer exam through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, then went on to get certified in nutrition through the International Sports Science Association.
After high school I went on to pursue my Exercise Physiology degree and it was at this point I began working with clients one-on-one in a local gym. A couple years went by and I loved every minute of helping my clients succeed in reaching their fitness goals, but I quickly realized that I only had enough time to train 35-40 people in the one-on-one setting.
Not only that, but I had people that weren’t in my area that desperately wanted my help. I knew there had to be a way to help even more people without sacrificing the quality of service that each client received. This is how Fierce Strength was born.
